Eat Your Veggies @ The East Branch Library - Tuesday, January 13th
The East Branch is proud to host a cooking class presented by Outpost Natural Foods' registered dietitian Judy Mayer. No registration is required, simply join us at 6pm in the Community Room for the demonstration and samples.
We'll learn how to make a nutritious winter salad using fresh herbs, greens and a quick citrus dressing - pretty much a kitchen sink full of vegetables you may not have considered putting into a salad. The Greens and Eggs dinner recipe is so easy you’ll wonder why you never thought of it. Finish with a dessert that will be a healthy surprise you’ll want to make over and over again.
