Hibiki
Formed in 2009, Milwaukee Taiko Group Hibiki has been giving taiko drumming performances in various cultural enrichment events offered by schools, companies, and community organizations. It is our mission to promote interest in and understanding of Japanese culture through taiko drumming.

United Donauschwaben of Milwaukee Dancers
The Donauschwaben are ethnic Germans that lived outside of Germany in the Slavic regions of Eastern Europe predominately along the Danube River. The purpose of the United Donauschwaben of Milwaukee is to keep the Donauschwaben heritage alive while promoting the language, foods and customs to the public at large.

Bembé Drum & Dance
Established in 2015 by a school parent seeking more arts education that centered on the African cultural lineage of Latinos, Bembé was created with local educators and artists to bring Afro-Latino musical traditions to youth, families, and the greater community where it can serve as part of daily life.

Buttons: Use our button maker to make a button to show your love for Milwaukee!
Crayon Texture Drawings: Grab a crayon and do a textured etching on a piece of paper. Do all the textured etchings to make images of some of our favorite places in Milwaukee.
Collaborative Sticker Wall: Grab some decorative sticker paper and make your own unique design. Create something unique, rip it, cut it, customize it, and add it to our collaborative sticker wall.

Bring your foodie passport! Experience Cuisines Around the World as you tour exquisite foods from different regions. Take a 'trip' to our creative Makerspace and delight your palette with sweet and savory dishes. Bon appétit!

Book Making with Rochelle Melander
Rochelle Melander is a teaching artist, professional certified coach, and the author of Mightier Than the Sword: Rebels, Reformers, and Revolutionaries Who Changed the World Through Writing. She’s also written 11 books for adults, including two books to help people write.
2-4 p.m.
Sumi-e Japanese Ink Painting with MiSA (Mitchell Street Arts)
Mitchell Street Arts’ central purpose is to make bridges: to utilize art as a vehicle for cross-cultural connection. We do this by collaborating with community organizations and artist groups from around the city.
