Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility at Central
The objective of the Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility class is to familiarize participants with various research strategies for searching primary and secondary legal materials, such as case law, court rules, statutes, law review articles, and treatises pertaining to legal ethics and professional responsibility. The class will also demonstrate basic computer-assisted legal research tasks, such as retrieving documents by citation, issue searching, digest searching, and verifying primary law using the KeyCite® citation research service, in the context of legal ethics and professional responsibility research issues.
One ethics credit is pending for attorneys.
