Braids, Buns, and Twists! Oh My!
A friend recommended Braids, Buns, and Twists! by Christina Butcher to me and I have been working my way through all of the hairstyles. The book is exceptionally laid out and easy to use. It offers photos of each hairstyle on numerous people, gives both pictorial and written instructions, and offers advice, like if you can do it yourself or what length of hair you need.
I found the instructions to be very well-written, as I was able to follow them, though I am not typically a person who does a lot with my hair. The hairstyles in the braid section were most interesting – I finally know how people are achieving those looks, but have done the majority of my hairstyles from the bun section, which helps me create stunning styles without a lot of work. This is a great book for anyone who is looking to change up their hairstyle without any drastic measures.
