One Butterfly...Three Countries at Zablocki

Inspired by the book "Gotta Go! Gotta Go!" by Sam Swope, follow the journey of the monarch butterfly from its summer home in Canada and the United States to its wintering ground in California and Mexico and back again. Participants will take part in hands-on discovery by visiting live monarchs, learning about butterfly culture in these three countries, playing games that transform them into monarchs, and learning how to support monarchs right in their own neighborhoods. Presented by Wehr Nature Center.For children 5-12 years with a parent or guardian. Registration requiredLocation: Community Room
