Are you interested in journaling, but haven't had the time or materials to get started? Do you find yourself stressed, but unable to fit mindfulness into your busy day? Join us to create a personalized, textured sensory journal using fabric paint and metallic markers. Includes writing prompts to get your creativity flowing! Limited to 10 participants.
