Special Library Hours at M.L. King Branch

M.L. King Branch will be open on Tuesday, June 19 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be no access to the parking lot or surrounding streets due to the Juneteenth Day Celebration.

Capitol & Washington Park Branches Closed

Monday, June 18: Capitol is currently CLOSED due to flooding in the area and Washington Park is CLOSED due to a power outage. Both will remain closed until further notice.

Active Adult: The Art of Poi Dancing at Tippecanoe

Poi is an art form that uses a set of two handheld tethered balls that you twirl around your body in beautiful patterns.  Simple poi movements will improve your coordination, balance your bilateral motor skills, sharpen analytical skills, boost endurance, and enhance self-awareness.  Learn Poi skills with Marilyn Besasie, Milwaukee's most experienced instructor. Please arrive early; class space is limited.
