Celebrate Hispanic Heritage-Make Your Own Tortilla Experience the foods, flavors and sounds from Mexico with experienced Mexican cook, Margarita Sandoval Skare. Margarita will present the preparation of flour tortillas learned from her mother.  Participants will see how the dough is prepared, roll the dough, and place the flattened tortilla on a griddle (Comal) for cooking.  The homemade tortillas will be filled with cheese for a delicious quesadilla appetizer.  Registration is required.
