Express your creative side and show off your art! Enter your favorite original manga drawing at any Milwaukee Public Library. Entries must be submitted between October 2nd - October 31st to be eligible. Submissions will be displayed and winners announced at the Anime & Manga Night @ Central Library’s Centennial Hall on Tuesday, November 14th.

(People’s Choice to be determined at Anime & Manga Night @ Central Library).
Rules & Regulations: Must be between 13-18 years of age to participate. Limit of two entries per person. Entries must be original and submitted on 8 1/2” x 11” paper. Submissions cannot be traced or copied from another artist’s work and must be drawn by hand. All entries must include a permission form signed by a parent/guardian. There is no guarantee that submissions will be returned. Participants must be Milwaukee County residents to be eligible. Individuals can win one prize only in this contest.

Costumes must be original constructions, and eligibility is at the discretion of the official judges. Bring a picture of your character if you would like to be judged on the accuracy of your costume. Judges’ decisions are final. No concealed or openly visible firearms or other dangerous weapons are allowed. This program is suitable for teens 13 and up.
