The Wisconsin Talking Book and Braille Library (WTBBL), part of the Talking BookWisconsin Talking Book and Braille Library Program of the Library of Congress, provides Braille and recorded books and playback equipment for those Wisconsin residents who for any physical reason cannot read normal print.

The service is headquartered in the Milwaukee Public Library's Central Library. It is funded by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Division for Libraries and Community Learning and administered by the Milwaukee Public Library.

Open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
