Milwaukee Public Library Used Book Store
Visit the
newly remodeled Bookseller, a used bookstore selling used, new and collectible
books and media, operated by the Friends
of the Milwaukee Public Library and located on the first
floor of the Central
Library. Call 286-2142 for hours of service. Proceeds
from the sale of books are used to fund special projects for
the Milwaukee Public Library.
The Bookseller features thousands
of children's and adult books - both hardcover and paperback -
which are on sale for 25 cents to $2.
The Bookseller does accept donations of used materials that meet library guidelines.

The Friends of the Library sponsor used book sales throughout the
year at various library locations.
Tour Historic Central Library.
Free tours are led by Milwaukee Public Library docent volunteers on
Saturdays, 1:30-2:30 p.m. For tours other times, or for sign language
interpretation, call 286-TOUR. |
