Bears and Beer: A Winning Combination!
We’re back with more historic We Energies recipes! Featured here is a recipe using one of Wisconsin’s most prized resources- beer. This fruitcake recipe comes from the 1970 edition We Energies Cookie Book. Each book typically featured cookie, fruitcake, and dessert bar recipes. While there are several traditional options, there are some recipes that might take a bit of courage to eat. But don’t get too worried, the sleepy bear on the left seems to be enjoying them!
Throughout the month of December, we'll share even more great recipes from the We Energies Cookie Books.
