Bullet Journaling with Rochelle Melander

Wednesdays, 6-7 pm

Bring a notebook or journal to use. Scrap paper and writing supplies will be provided. For adults and older teens.

People all over the world use bullet journaling to keep track of their to-do lists and everything else. Try some bullet journaling exercises.

Tai Chi/Qigong with Angela Laughingheart

Wednesdays, Jan 17, Jan 31, Feb 21 from 5-7 pm

Whether you have already tried Tai Chi/Qigong or always wanted to, these sessions are for you! Each session will start with stretching and warm up, then demonstration followed by practice of the slow moving postures. The sessions are for teens and adults. Angela Laughingheart has been leading Tai Chi classes for 10 years. She is the School Director at YMAA Tai Chi Ch’uan of Wisconsin.
