Don't Miss The Life and Writings of Dr. James Cameron!

By MPL Staff on Mar 3, 2016 2:30 PM

The Milwaukee Public Library, in collaboration with America’s Black Holocaust Museum, have launched a new exhibit celebrating the life and writings of Dr. James Cameron. A local civil rights activist, Dr. James Cameron (1914-2006), was the only known survivor of a lynching and the founder of the America’s Black Holocaust Museum in Milwaukee, WI. The downtown Central Library is hosting this exhibit in the main reading room, but only through the end of this week. So stop on by soon to check it out!

And if you can't quite make it in time, you can still read our collection of his self-published pamphlets that we are proud to have digitized and made available online for all.
